This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use RewardRush. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Data We Collect

RewardRush ("we", "us", or "our") collects only the minimal data required to operate our reward economy safely and securely:

• Account Information: Firebase Auth UID, email address, and display name collected during Google Sign-In.
• Coin & Transaction Data: Reward coin balances, earning history, game scores, spin/scratch logs, daily reward streaks, and withdrawal request records.
• Payout Information: UPI ID provided by you when submitting a reward redemption request, used solely to process the transfer.
• Device & Security Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, hardware identifiers, and app interaction telemetry — used strictly for anti-cheat, fraud prevention, and detecting VPNs, emulators, or auto-clickers.
• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) collected by AdMob and Unity Ads SDKs for ad personalization and frequency capping.
• Analytics Data: Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect anonymized app usage patterns and crash reports to improve stability.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver reward status updates and promotional notifications.

2. How We Use Data

All collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Authentication & Accounts: To securely identify your account, save progress across all 8 arcade games (Knife Hit, Lucky Drop, Memory Match, Number Puzzle, Runner, Slot Machine, Sudoku Blitz, Tic Tac Toe), and manage coin balances.
• Reward Processing: To process Spin Wheel rewards, Scratch Card reveals, Daily Reward Streaks, timed play earnings, and ad-watch bonuses through our server-side validation system.
• Withdrawal Fulfillment: To verify and process UPI-based reward redemption requests and maintain auditable transaction logs.
• Anti-Cheat & Security: To detect and prevent exploitation via memory editors, auto-clickers, VPN/proxy abuse, emulators, rooted devices, and multi-account farming.
• Leaderboards: To rank players and display competitive standings.
• Advertisements: To serve rewarded, interstitial, and app-open ads via Google AdMob and Unity Ads mediation.
• Notifications: To send reward claim reminders, cooldown resets, and streak notifications via FCM.

3. AdMob, Unity Ads & Third-Party SDKs

Our app integrates the following third-party advertising and analytics services:

• Google AdMob: Serves interstitial, rewarded, and app-open advertisements. AdMob may collect device advertising IDs (AAID), IP address, device information, and ad interaction statistics to deliver personalized or contextual ads.
• Unity Ads (via AdMob Mediation): Serves additional rewarded and interstitial ads through AdMob's mediation layer. Unity Ads may collect device identifiers, IP address, OS version, and interaction data. For details, see the Unity Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collects anonymized usage data and crash diagnostics to improve app performance and user experience.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Delivers push notifications. FCM tokens are stored securely and not shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. All third-party SDK data processing conforms to their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

4. Data Deletion Rights

You retain full ownership of your personal data and may request its deletion at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently and irreversibly removes your account, coin balances, transaction history, game progress, and all personal identifiers from our Firebase Firestore database.
• Email Request: Send an email to 25amtics330@gmail.com with the subject "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST" and your registered email address. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.
• Retained Data: Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained for service improvement. Data required by law for fraud prevention or tax compliance may be retained for the legally mandated period.

Terms of Service

1. User Agreement

By logging in, creating an account, or playing any of our arcade games inside RewardRush, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Earning Disclaimers, and Redemption Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligible Age & Audience

RewardRush is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 18 must obtain explicit parental or guardian consent before participating in any gameplay, reward activity, or submitting any reward redemption requests.

3. Virtual Currency & Points

All "coins", "rewards", "points", or "balances" earned within RewardRush through games (Knife Hit, Lucky Drop, Memory Match, Number Puzzle, Runner, Slot Machine, Sudoku Blitz, Tic Tac Toe), Spin Wheel, Scratch Cards, Daily Rewards, Timed Play, or ad-watch bonuses are promotional loyalty tokens. They carry absolutely no real-world monetary value until a formal Redemption Request is submitted and approved by our team.

4. Forbidden Actions (Anti-Cheat Policy)

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent account ban with forfeiture of all accumulated coins and pending withdrawals:

• Auto-Clickers & Bots: Using any automated software, scripts, macros, or bot frameworks to simulate gameplay, ad watching, or tapping.
• Memory Editors & Hacks: Using tools like GameGuardian, Cheat Engine, or similar to manipulate coin balances, game scores, timers, or physics.
• VPN & Proxy Abuse: Using VPNs, proxies, or IP masking tools to bypass regional restrictions, inflate ad impressions, or evade security checks.
• Emulators & Rooted Devices: Running RewardRush on emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, LDPlayer) or devices with root/jailbreak access.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to farm coins or exploit reward systems.
• Ad Fraud: Clicking ads deceitfully, manipulating ad networks (AdMob or Unity Ads), or using ad-blocking tools.
• Game Exploits: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviors in any game to gain unfair advantages.

5. Account Enforcement

Violators will have their accounts permanently banned without prior warning. All pending redemptions and accumulated coins will be forfeited. We reserve the right to block specific IP addresses, device fingerprints, or hardware identifiers.

6. Withdrawal Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid UPI ID. RewardRush is not liable for funds lost, delayed, or misdirected due to incorrect payout details submitted by the user.

Earning Disclaimer

1. Promotional Loyalty Tokens

All coins earned through gameplay, spinning, scratching, daily streaks, timed play, or watching ads are promotional loyalty tokens — NOT virtual currencies, securities, or investment instruments.

2. No Guaranteed Income

RewardRush is designed solely as an entertainment and arcade gaming app. We do NOT guarantee any income, fixed payments, financial returns, or regular payouts. Earning rates, coin values, and reward multipliers may change at any time. This app should not be treated as a source of livelihood, employment, or financial investment.

3. Store & Ad Platform Disclaimers

RewardRush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, Google AdMob, Unity Technologies (Unity Ads), or any payment gateway (UPI, PayTM, PhonePe, etc.). The app operator is independently responsible for managing all loyalty systems and payout processing.

4. Rate & Value Modifications

We reserve the right to modify coin earning rates, reward multipliers, minimum withdrawal thresholds, conversion rates, daily limits, cooldown timers, and available payout methods at any time without prior notice.

Redemption Policy

1. Redemption Requirements

Users must reach the minimum required threshold of 100,000 Reward Coins (equivalent to ₹100.00) before submitting a Redemption Request. Users may request withdrawals for any valid amount equal to or greater than this minimum.

• Conversion Rate: 1,000 coins = ₹1. This rate may be adjusted at our sole discretion.
• Payout Method: Currently, all reward redemptions are processed via UPI transfer. You must provide a valid UPI ID registered to your name.
• One Active Request: Only one withdrawal request may be active at a time. You must wait for your current request to be processed before submitting another.

2. Manual Security Review

All submitted redemption requests undergo manual review by our team. This process typically takes 24–48 business hours, but may extend to 7 business days during high-volume periods.

3. Rejection & Forfeiture Policy

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, delay, or cancel any redemption request for the following reasons:

• Suspicious Activity: Detection of cheat tools, abnormal coin accumulation patterns, or balance anomalies.
• Policy Violations: Any breach of our Terms of Service, including multi-accounting, VPN usage, or automated gameplay.
• Invalid Payout Details: Incorrect, inactive, or unverifiable UPI IDs provided by the user.
• Fraud Prevention Holds: Accounts flagged by our automated fraud detection system will be held pending investigation.

Rejected requests due to policy violations result in permanent forfeiture of associated coin balances. Rejections due to invalid payout details can be re-submitted with corrected information.
